Think Genero-City USA. Hot, humid summers, cold winters, not a huge amount of snow most years, whites as the largest ethnic group in the general populace, followed by hispanics, blacks, asians, in that order, but among professionals it's whites, asians, blacks, hispanics. Pretty close as you can get to the Average City, really. (Something like St. Louis, only not.)
